Van Gogh: Painted with Words (2010)

Synopsis: Drama-documentary presented by Alan Yentob, with Benedict Cumberbatch in the lead role as Van Gogh. Every word spoken by the actors in this film is sourced from the letters that Van Gogh sent to his younger brother Theo, and of those around him. What emerges is a complex portrait of a sophisticated, civilised and yet tormented man. The film won a Rockie for Best Arts Documentary at the Banff World Media Festival in 2011, receiving critical acclaim for its fascinating insight into the life of the artist and its unique approach to storytelling.

Some Guides

(1) Some files have "rar" extension for which you require "WinRAR" to extract the movie.

(2) Some files have ".001" extension for which you require "HJSplit" to extract the movie.

(3) Some files have "._a" extension for which you either require "FFJS" to extract or else rename the extensions to ".001, .002, .003...." respectively and use HJSplit.

(4) Some files have ".a00, .a01, .a02,..., .alz" extension, for which you have to download "ALZip" for extracting the movie.

(5) Some files have ".vnw" extension in the end. For such files, create a back-up in some other folder. Now rename one set of files to ".rar" and use "WinRAR"

REMINDER:

Tips/Suggestion: For links that involved password, sometimes you get error if you directly copy and paste it, due to typo error (you will think that the password is wrong, although it is not). To prevent the error, you can do either of these methods:

1. Type the password manually at the place it need to be placed.

2. Copy the pass from blog, paste on notepad, delete the extra spaces, then copy it and paste it back to the place it need to be placed (such as in mediafire or during joining/unzip process).
